CHAP. 619.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the cir-
cuit courts in the ninth judicial circuit.

Approved March 3, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the circuit courts of ninth judicial circuit shall
hold terms at the times and places hereinafter specified,
to-wit:

Essex: First day of March and September.

Lancaster: Tenth day of March and September.

Northumberland: Fifteenth day of March and Septem-
ber.

Mathews: Twenty-second day of March and September.

King William: First day of April and October.

Gloucester: Tenth day of May and November.

Middlesex: Twenty-fifth day of May and November.

King and Queen: First Tuesday in June and December.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act
be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
