CHAP. 617.—JOINT RESOLUTION in relation to sale of delin-
quent lands.

Approved March 8, 1892.

1. Be it resolved by the senate (the house of delegates
concurring), That the treasurers of the respective coun-
ties and cities of the commonwealth are hereby directed
not to sell, before the next session of the general assembly,
any lands heretofore sold for delinquent taxes due the
commonwealth, purchased by the commonwealth and still
unredeemed.

2. That the clerks of the county and corporation courts
be, and they are hereby, directed not to furnish to said
treasurers, for the purpose of such sale, the lists of lands
so purchased by the state and unredeemed, until the next
session of the general assembly.

3. These resolutions shall be in force from their passage.
