Chap. 597.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of Wil-
liam P. Dillard.

Approved March 2, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
(two-thirds of both houses concurring), That the disabili-
ties of William P. Dillard, incurred under clause three of
section one of article three of the constitution of Virginia,
with reference to duelling, be, and the same are hereby, re-
moved.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
