CHaP. 584.—An ACT to ratify and confirm the charter granted
by D. W. Bolen, judge of the fifteenth judicial circuit of Vir-
ginia, incorporating the Eldorado mining, manufacturing and
improvement company of Virginia, and for other purposes.
Approved March 2, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the charter granted by the circuit court of the fif-
teenth judicial circuit and the corporation organized under
it, be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed.
2. Be it further enacted, That the Eldorado mining,
manufacturing and improvement company be, and the
same is hereby, authorized and empowered to survey, lo-
cate, construct, equip and to operate directly or by lease or
otherwise such railroad line or lines as in the said com-
pany’s judgment may be necessary for the development of
the said Eldorado mining, manufacturing and improve-
ment company’s properties in the counties of Wythe,
Bland, Pulaski, Tazewell, Smyth and Giles, and for other
purposes, with the right and power hereby conferred to ex-
ercise and enjoy all the privileges conferred upon railroad
corporations generally, subject to the laws governing the
same.
3. This act shall be in force from its approval.
