CHAP. 575.—An ACT for the relief of William A. Mountcastle, of
Richmond city.
In force March 2, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That William A. Mountcastle, of Richmond city, be, and
he is hereby, relieved and released from a judgment for
five hundred dollars obtained by the commonwealth of
Virginia against him at the July term of the hustings
court of Richmond city for the year eighteen hundred
and eighty-five, upon a forfeited recognizance entered into
by him for George A. Mountcastle,a minor: provided that
before the relief granted by this act shall be effectual the
said William A. Mountcastle, or some one for him, shall
pay all the costs attending the recovery of the aforesaid
judgment.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
