Chap. 574.—An ACT for the relief of Henry A. Slaven.
In force March 2, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That a fine of two hundred dollars assessed against Henry
A. Slaven by the county court of Highland, at the
term, eighteen hundred and , thereof, be remitted to
the extent of one hundred dollars thereof; and in the
event said fine bas been paid by said Slaven, the auditor
of public accounts is hereby directed to draw his warrant
on the treasury in favor of said Slaven for said sum of one
hundred dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
