Chap. 565.—An ACT to allow W. 8. Summers, deputy treasurer
of Broad Run district, Loudoun county, additional time to levy
for and collect county levies and state taxes, tax tickets therefor
held by said deputy treasurer, which he has settled with the
auditor and with the board of supervisors of the said county
without returning the same delinquent.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That W. S. Summers, deputy treasurer of Loudoun county,
may within one year from the passage of this act distrain
for and collect any uncollected tax tickets for the years
eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, eighteen
hundred and ninety and eighteen hundred and ninety-one
still in his hands and not returned delinquent.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
