Chap. 530.—An ACT to make Blackwater river from Brooks’
mill, in Franklin county, to the point at which it empties into
Stanton river, a lawful fence.
Approved March 1, 1892,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That Blackwater river, in the county of Franklin, from
the point at which it empties into Stanton river to Brooks’
mill, in said county be, and the same is hereby, declared
to be a lawful fence.
2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act
are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
