CHAP. 52.—An ACT entitled an act to amend the title of an act,
approved February 22, 1890, entitled “an act to incorporate the
Norfolk belt line railway company.’’

Approved January 14, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the title of the act passed by the general assembly
of Virginia, and approved February twenty-two, eighteen
hundred and ninety, entitled “an act to incorporate the
Norfolk belt line railway company,” be amended so as to
read “an act to incorporate the Norfolk and Portsmouth
belt line railway company.”

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
