CHAP. 514.—An ACT to allow all county treasurers and deputy
treasurers of this state further time to collect certain tax tickets
in their hands for years 1887, ’88, ’89 and 1890.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be if enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That all county treasurers and deputy treasurers in this
state be, and they are hereby, allowed the further time of
one year from the passage of this act to distrain for and
collect all tax tickets in their hands for the years eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven-eighty-eight-eighty-nine and
eighteen hundred and ninety, and for which they have
settled with the state and county authorities: provided,
however, that none of said tax tickets have been returned
delinquent or insolvent.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
