CHAP. 485.—An ACT to allow Henry Crockett to erect a wharf at
Onancock, in the county of Accomac, on Onancock creek.
Approved February 29, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That Henry Crockett, of the county of Accomac, is hereby
authorized to erect a wharf at Onancock, in the county of
Accomac, on the Onancock creek, on land belonging
to said Henry Crockett, and extending thirty feet in said
creek, subject to all the laws of the state governing all
wharves erected on the waters of this commonwealth:
and provided, also, that this act shall at all times be under
the control of the general assembly: and provided fur-
ther, that nothing herein shall be construed to give said
party the privilege to extend said wharf so that the water
front of the adjacent property shall be encroached upon
or covered by said wharf.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
