CHAP. 458.—An ACT to allow the personal representative of Ed-
ward Major, deceased, former treasurer of Charles City county,
Virginia, further time to distrain for certain tax-bills and license-
taxes for which he and his personal representative have
accounted to the state and county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That J. A. Major, personal representative of Edward Major,
deceased, former treasurer of Charles City county, be al-
lowed the further time of one year from the passage of this
act in which to distrain and levy for and collect any un-
collected accounts for taxes, license-taxes and county
levies in her hands as personal representative of Edward
Major, deceased, for the years eighteen hundred and
eighty-seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight and eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-nine, not returned delinquent,
and for which he or she have accounted to the state and
county. |
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
