CHAP. 450.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of su-
pervisors of Botetourt county to increase the salary of the judge
of said county, at their discretion, toa sum not execeeding six
hundred dollars.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of Botetourt county be, and
they are hereby, authorized and empowered to increase, at
their discretion, the salary of the judge of said county
court to a sum not exceeding six hundred dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
