Chap. 45.—An ACT to allow C U. Warner to erect a wharf on
the Yeocomico river, in the county of Northumberland.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That C. U. Warner, of the county of Northumberland, be,
and he is hereby, authorized to erect a wharf on the Yeo-
comico river, on the land of the said C. U. Warner, in the
county of Northumberland, subject to all the laws of the
state governing all wharves erected in the waters of the
commonwealth; and provided, also, that this act shall at
all times be under the control of the general assembly,
and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
