Chap. 445.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act
approved March 30, 1888, entitled an act to prescribe the times
for holding the courts in the sixteenth judicial circuit.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section one of an act approved January thirtieth,
ighteen hundred and eighty-eight, entitled an act to
prescribe the times for holding the courts in the sixteenth
udicial circuit, be amended and re-enacted so as to read
8 follows:
§ 1. The times for holding the courts in the sixteenth
udicial circuit shall be as follows:
Russell county: First Monday in March, August and
November.
Grayson county: Tuesday after the second Monday in
April and Tuesday after the third Monday in October.
Smyth county: Third Monday in March and August
and the first Monday in December.
Washington county: Fourth Monday in April and first
Monday in October and January.
2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act
are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
