1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That it shall be lawful for the boards of commissioners o
roads in the counties of Rockingham and Culpeper, in join
session and in full attendance, to formulate a system o
to make amendments to the present road law of Rocking
ham and Culpeper counties for the further improvemen
of and for making, changing, and working roads of sai
counties, the revenues for carrying out the provisions o
such system or amendments to be provided for by count:
and district levies of said counties; and upon the adoptio:
of such system or amendments by the board of supervisors
a copy of which shall be filed with the clerk of the count
court, all acts or parts of acts inconsistent therewith shal
be repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
