Chap. 353.—An ACT to amend section two of chapter 594 of the
acts of the general assembly of Virginia 1889-’90, being an act to
incorporate the Southwest Virginia boom and log company.

Approved February 25, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section two of chapter five hundred and ninety-four
of the acts of the general assembly of Virginia of eighteen
hundred and eighty nine and eighteen hundred and
ninety, approved March fourth, eighteen hundred and
ninety, being an act to incorporate the Southwest Virginia
boom and log company, be amended so as to read as fol-
lows:

§ 2. The capital stock of said company shall not be less
than five hundred dollars nor more than fifty thousand
dollars, as may be determined by the stockholders at any
general meeting, which stock shall be divided into shares
of the par value of one hundred dollars each: and the di-
rectors may receive real or personal property or services in
payment for the capital stock at such value as may be
agreed upon between the directors and subscribers.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
