Chap. 34.—An ACT for the relief of John F. Rison.
Approved January 9, 1892.

dred dollars, being the amount paid by him as tax upon
a charter “to incorporate the Big Ax coal, coke and iron
company,” provided for under an act approved seventeenth
February, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, because
said act has been so amended as to render said charter
worthless.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
