CHAP. 337.—An ACT supplementary to an act entitled ‘‘An act to
incorporate the Baltimore, Cincinnati, and Western railway
company,’ approved March 8, 1880,

Approved February 20, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia.
That the time for the commencement and completion of
the Baltimore, Cincinnati, and Western railway company.
approved March eighth, eighteen hundred and eighty, is
hereby extended to one year, and five years from the pas.
sage of this act, respectively.

2. This act shall take effect from its passage.
