CHAP. 250.—An ACT to allow H. R. Parker to erect a pier or
wharf in front of Green’s island on James river.
Approved February 16, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That H. R. Parker, of the county of Isleof Wight, be au-
thorized to erect a pier or wharf in front of Green’s island,
on James river, for the purpose of shipping oysters and
produce for himself and others, and may charge for the
same such sum as the county court of Isle of Wight may
allow; provided the said pier or wharf shall not obstruct
navigation on the said river.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
