CHAP. 23.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to incor po-
rate the Virginia sporting and athletic club.

Approved December 22, 1891.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That chapter six hundred and twenty-nine (629) of the
acts of assembly of eighteen hundred and eighty-nine and
ninety (1889-90), entitled an act to incorporate the Vir-
ginia sporting and athletic club, approved March sixth,
eighteen hundred and ninety, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.

2. This act shall be force from its passage.
