CHaP. 206.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of
Amelia county to increase the salary of the judge of the coun-
ty court of that county.

Approved February 12, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of

Amelia county to increase the salary of the judge of the
sounty court of said county to a sum not exceeding five
hundred dollars per annum, which sum shall not be re-
duced during the term of his said office; and such in-
creased salary shall be paid out of the county levy, as pro-
vided by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
