Chap. 252,—An ACT to amend and re-enact section twenty-five of
chapter seventy-eight of Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three,
in relation to the Exemption of School Trustees.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section twenty-five of chapter seventy-eight of Code of eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-three, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:

§ 25. Every school trustee shall be exempt from serving
on juries, and from militia service in the time of peace.
