Chap. 25.—An ACT to repeal the twenty-third section, chapter ninety-
one of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, in relation to
Pilots. :

Approved January 26, 1876.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the twenty-
third section, chapter ninety-one, Code of eighteen hundred |
and seventy-three, in relation to pilots, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

2. This act shalljbe in-force from its passage.
