Chap. 247.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the second section of an
Act-passed June thirteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled
an Act to Incorporate the Bank of Abingdon. .

Approved March 29, 1876.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the second
section of an act approved June thirteenth, eighteen hundred
and seventy, entitled an act to incorporate the Bank of Ab-
ingdon, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§2. The capital stock of the said corporation shall not be
less than ten thousand dollars, in shares of twenty-five dol-
lays each, which may be increased from time to time to a sum
not exceeding three hundred thousand dollars.
2. This act shall be in forcgfrom its passage.
