Chap. 169.—An ACT making Appropriation for new Heating Appa-
ratus in the Capitol. :

Approved March 27, 1876.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the superintendent of public buildings be and he is hereby
authorized to have two new boilers put e the basement of
phe capitol, in place of those now used for heating said build-
ing; and for that purpose the sum of twelve hundred dollars
is hergby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated.
