Chap. 168.—An ACT to repeal section fifty-six of chapter eighty-five
of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, relating to the
Inspection of Tobacco. ,

Approved March 27, 1876.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section
fitty-six of chapter eighty-five of the Code of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-three, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
