Chap. 159.—An ACT to Appropriate Twenty-five Hundred Dollars to
Defray Expenses of the Maryland Boundary Line Arbitration.
Approved March 18, 1876.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the sum ot
two thousand five hundred dollars be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise
appropriated, in addition to the sum of five thousand dollars,
heretofore appropriated by section second of an act of the
general assembly, approved April twenty-second, eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, entitled an act to provide counsel
to appear before the arbitrators on the boundary between
this state and Maryland, and making an appropriation to pay
the expenses of said arbitration, to be paid, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, on the order of the governor.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
