Chap. 113.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved March
twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, entitled an act to
amend and re-enact section fourteen of an act to fix the Terms of
the Circuit Courts. "
Approved March 10, 1876,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
approved March twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
five, entitled an act to amend and re-enact an act approved
seventeenth of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-five,
entitled an act to amend and re-enact section fourteen of an
act to fix the terma of the circuit courts.
§1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section
fourteen of the act approved March twenty-seventb, eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, to prescribe the times for holding
the terms of the circuit courts of this commonwealth, and to
repeal the fifteenth section of the one hundred and fifty-fifth
chapter of the Code of eighteen hundred aud seventy-three,
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 14. Craig—Fifteenth of June; fifteenth October.
Roanoke—First April; first October.
Botetourt—Fifteenth April; twenty-second July; twenty-
second October.
Floyd—Third May; first August; twenty-second Novem-
ber.
Montgomery—Tenth May; first December.
Giles—Twenty-sixth May; twelfth August; seventh No-
vember.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
