1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section seven of chapter fifteen of the Code of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-three, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows :

87. Whenever the secretary of the commonwealth sha'l be

satisfied that any justice, or other county or corporation officer,

entitled by law to receive the Session Acts, the Code of eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-three, or Mayo'’s Guide, is destitute
of the same, or any of them, and cannot otherwise procure
them, he shall, on application of the county or corporation
eourt, furnish the same: provided he does not thereby dimin-
ish the supply of the work so issued in his custody below
twenty-five copies.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
