CHAP. 93.—An ACT for the relief of Isaae J. Parks and Jesse I.
Parks, as sureties of Jolm Parks, of Grayson county.

Approved Febrnary 8, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Isaac J.
Parks and Jesse L. Parks are hereby released from the pay-
ment of five hundred dollars, the amount of a judgment ren-
dered against the said Isaac J. Parks and Jesse L. Parks at
the March term of the county court of Grayson county, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-eight, upon a bond for the appear-
ance of John Parks before said court. who afterwards came
up and discharged his recognizance by being tried and acquit -
ted by said court: provided that nothing herein contained
shall be construed to release said parties from the payment of
the costs of said judgment.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
