CHAP. 63.—An ACT to enable the board of supervisors of Ches-
terlield county to assist the Manchester free-bridge commissioners
in keeping the free bridge in repair.

Approved February 1, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the board of
supervisors of Chesterfield county may at any time appropriate
to the Manchester free-bridge commissioners whatever sum the
said board may deem proper and equitable, for the purpose of
assisting the Manchester free-bridge commissioners in keeping
the free bridge in repair: provided, that the sum appropriated
shall not exceed two hundred and fifty dollars annually.

2. ‘This act shall be in force from its passage.
