Approved January 25, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That 1
New river be made a lawful fence from the North Carolina line !
in the county of Grayson, above the mouth of Wilson creek, to !
the lead mines in the county of Wythe.

2. This act shal{ be in force from its passage. (
