Chap. 4.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to
fix the times of holding cirenit courts in the fourteenth judicial
eircuit,

Approved December 18, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That }
the circuit courts of the fourteenth judicial circuit “shall here- |
after hold their terms at the times and places hereinafter speci- ¢
_ fied, to-wit: County of Craig, twelfth of June, fifteenth of

October ; county of Roanoke, first of April, first of October ;
etunty of Botetourt, fifteenth of April, twenty-second of Oc-
tober; county of Floyd, third of May, twenty-second of No-
veinber; county of Montgomery, tenth of May, first of De-
cember; county of Giles, second of June, seventh of Novem-
ber.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions
of this act are hereby repealed.

3. This aci shall be in force from its passage.
