CHAP. 261.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section two of an act
entitled an act to incorporte the town of Gladeville, In the county
of Wise, approved February 24, 874. with reference to the bound-
ary lines of said corporation.

Approved March 3, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the second
section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the town of
Gladeville, in the county of Wise, approved February twenty-
fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§2. That the boundaries of said town shall be as follows,
viz.: Beginning at Chalybeate springs, yards northeast
of the court-house in said town; thence south sixty-four de-
grees east seventy-five poles to a stake; thence south twenty-
six degrees west one hundred and ten poles to a stake; thence
north sixty-four degrees west one hundred ayd fifty poles to a
stake; thence north twenty-six degrees casf one hundred and
ten poles to a stake; thence sonth sixty-four degrees east
seventy-five poles to the beginning.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
