Chap. 247.—An AC'LT for the relief of Silas D. Martin, of Lee county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Silas D. Mar-
tin, of Lee county, Virginia, be and he is hereby released from
the payment of fifty dollars, balance due of a fine of one hun-
dred dollars assessed against him by the county court of Lee
county, on an indictment for an assault.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
