Chap. 227.—JOINYT RESOLUTION to provide for the assessment
of property for taxation for the year 1879.

Approved March 8, 1879.

1, Resolved by the general assembly, That the present com-
missioners of the revenuc of counties, cities and towns in this
commonwealth be and they are hereby authorized to complete
the assessment of all property required to be listed for taxation
for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, and that they
be further authorized and directed to issue all licenses as usual
up to the first of July, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine.

2. This joint resolation shall be in force from its passage.
