Chap. 223.—JOINT RESOLUTION providing for the payment of
the expenses of the committee appointed fo accompany the remains
of the late Dr. E. C, Robinson to his home.

1. Resolved by the house of delegates (the senate concur-
ring), That the auditor of public accounts is authorized to draw
his warrant on the treasury in favor of the clerk of the house
for a sum not exceeding one hundred and twenty-five dollars,

gate from Norfolk, from Richmond to that city.
2, The clerk shall pay to the several members of the said
committee, upon their certificate, the sums respectively ex-
pended by them, and cover any balance that may remain in
bis hands to the treasury.
3. This joint resolution shall take effect from its adoption.
