courts in the sixteenth judicial circuit.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembiy, That the judge of
the circuit courts of the sixteenth judicial circuit shall here-
after hold his terms at the times and places hereinafter speci-
fied, to-wit:

County of Buchanan—Wednesday after the last Monday in
February and October.

Russell—First Monday in August, November, and March.

Scott—Third Monday in March, August, and November.

Lee—-Thursday after fourth Monday in March and Novem-
ber.

Wise—Second Monday after fourth Monday in March and
November.

Smyth—Third Monday in April and September.

Washineton—First Monday in October, January, and May.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
