Chap. 208.—An ACT for the relief of A. T. Mooklar, late deputy
sheriff of King William county.

Approved March 3, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and is hereby directed to
deduct forty-five dollars from the amount of the fine imposed
upon R. P. Viar by the county court of King William county,
whenever said fine is paid into the treasury, and pay the same
to A. T. Mooklar, late deputy sheriff of King William county,
this amount being due him for executing the law and collecting
said fine.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
