Chap. 186.—An ACT for the relief of Callohill M. Weegenton,
Abram, Staples, Wiliua C, Smart, and Sanders Bowman, of Pat-
rick county.

Approved Mereh 3, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assemby, That Callohill M.
Weggenton, Abram Staples, William C. Smart, and Sanders
Rowman, be and they are hereby released from liability to the
commonwealth as sureties ina recognizance taken by Patrick
county court, in penalty of two bundred dollars, a lmitting
samuel Clifton to bail.

2. Lhis act shall be in force from its passage.
