CHAP. 154.—An ACT to amend and re-cnaect section 1 of an act ap-
proved March 29, 1877, entitled an act to repeal the fence law in
Guinsbero’ district, in Frederick county.

Approved February 27, 2879,

1. Be it enacted by the general assenybly, That section one
of an act approved March twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and
seventy-seven, entitled an act to repeal the fence law in Gains-
boro’ district, in Frederick county, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:

SJ. That the law passed January twenty-sixth, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-six, aud known as the fence lew, be and the same
is hereby repealed and declared inoperative, so far as it applies
to the magisterial district of Gainsboro’, in the county of Fred-
eric.

2. This act shall be in force from-its passave.
