CHAP. 152.—An ACY for the relief of Emma A. Hodges, of the city
of Portsmouth.

Approved February 27, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Emma A. Hodges be at liberty to apply to the county court of
Norfolk county to have the assessment of her tract of land,
situated on the Western branch of the Elizabeth river, in Nor-
folk county, corrected ; and the said county court shall proceed
upon said motion, under the sixth section of chapter thirty-two
of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, as though
said motion had been made in the time prescribed by said sec-
tion, provided afl the costs of said motion shalf be borne by
the said Emma A. llodges.

2. This act eball be in force from its passage.
