CHAP. 150.—An ACT to authorize the Board of Supervisors of
Goochland county to permit W. B. W, Brooklug to erect a store
and warehouse on the public land at Cedar Point, in the county
of Goochland.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of the county of Goochland be and
they are hereby authorized to permit W. B. W. Brooking, if
they decm it expedient, to erect a store and warehouse upon
the public land at Cedar Point, in the county of Goochland,
upon such conditions as the said board may think right and pro-

per.
2. This act. shall be in force from its passage.
