CHAP. 136.—An ACT to allow H. C, Hudson, treasurer of Halifax
county, extension of time to make his returns of delinquents and
insolvents in the revenue for 1877.

Approved February 27, 1879.

1. Be it enaeted by the general assemblyof Virginia, That
H. C. Hudson, the treasurer of Halifax county, shall be and he
is hereby allowed until the first day of April, eighteen hundred
and seventy-nine, to make returns of his delinquent and insol-
vent lists for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-seven :
and if made out and certified according to law by that time,
the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized to aliow the
proper credit therefor in the final settlement of the accounts of
said treasurer.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
