Chap. 125.—An ACT to repeal an act for the protection of fish in
Powell’s river.

Approved February 27, 1279.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That an act to
provide for the protection of fish In Powell's river, approved
March twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, be and
the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
