Chap. 106.—An ACT for the relief of Francis J. Waggle, of Lee
county.

Approved February 15, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the disabilities of Francis J. Waggle, of the county of Lee, in-
eurred under the third clause of section first of article third of
the constitution, be and the same are hereby removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
