Chap. 10.—JOINT RESOLUTION to furnish the senators from Vir-
ginia in Congress with Hotchkiss’ Summary of Virginia.

Approved January 10, 1879.

1. Resolved by the general assembly, That the secretary of
the commonwealth be and heis hereby instructed to furnish to
the United States sen tors from Virginia so many copies, not
exceeding five hundred, of the geographical and political sum-
mary of Virginia, by Major Jed. Hotchkiss, as they may apply
for.

«2. This joint resolution shall take effect from its passage.
