CHAP. 90.—An ACT to change the name of the Virginia steel
compapy to the Virginia development company.
Approved January 24, 1890.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the name of the Virginia stee] company, a company
incorporated by act of the general assembly approved
May second, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, is hereby
changed to the Virginia development company.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
HAP. 91.—An ACT to authorize the increase of the capital stock
of the Virginia steel company and the issue of preferred and
common shares. | .

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the capital stock of the Virginia steel company
may, with the consent of a majority of its stockholders,
ye increased from time to time to any amount not exceed-
ng twenty million dollars, and such part of its capital
itock now or hereafter issued may be made preferred stock
and such part thereof common stock, on such terms and
conditions as are or may be provided by resolutions of
the stockholders.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
