CHAP. 533.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 9 of an act
entitled an act to amend, enlarge, and re-enact the charter of
the Norfolk storage company, approved March 7, 1884.

Approved March 4, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia.
That section nine of an act entitled an act to amend and
enlarge and re-enact the charter of the Norfolk storage
company, approved March seventh, eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:

§9. The annual meeting of the said company shall be
held at such time and place as is now established, or as
the board of directors may hereafter determine; and at
each annual meeting hereafter held the stockholders shail
elect seven of their number to constitute a board of direc-
tors, to remain in office until the next annual meeting
after their election, or until their successors are elected.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
